[c-nsp] Copying image files to Sup32

Here goes the error I get using ftp when trying to upload IP BASE...
Read file ftp:s3223-ipbase_wan-mz.122-18.SXF7.bin error (FTP connection
timeout error)

Which version of IOS is less than 32 meg? I tried to download IP BASE and
its 48 meg...

I had a similar experience - I found that CatOS would crash when doing a
FTP. I ended up upgrading to IP Base first (which is under 32 MB) and then
using FTP to upgrade to a bigger IOS image (which worked).
