On which switches, and which IOS version?  My 3750 is neither counting
packets on SVI interfaces correctly (only sw switched packets are counted), 
nor on ACL hits.

6500/Sup720/SXF is a different story - most counters on those are pretty
accurate.

(NB: found a new one on 7200s recently - incoming traffic on 802.1q
subinterface that will be switched away via EoMPLS isn't counted at
all on the per-subif SNMP counters - but *is* counted on the main interface
(12.2(18)S9) - but it takes more creative counter bugs to surprise
me these days)
