[c-nsp] Subinterfaces on a 6500 Native?

There was a time when subinterfaces were only used for MPLS (i.e. OSMs)
but I thought that was past news. Maybe someone from Cisco can chime in
and tell me I shouldn't be trying to do VLANs with dot interfaces on a
Sup2/MSFC2.

Thanks.
