[c-nsp] Old 2611 CPU load

Hello list,
I've got an old 2611 Router with 802.11q vlan and a 5mbits up 5mbits down
pipe.
The router pass traffic for around 300 users. At peak time the cpu goes up
to 60-70%
Is this something I should be woried about ? If yes, what router would you
guys suggest me ?
I am a small ISP and I only need to do 802.11q vlan and some small access
list to block 25 and SMB stuff.
