[c-nsp] Choosing iBGP over eBGP

Oli,
     The "show ip bgp <prefix>" only shows the eBGP path. Here are further details on the network setup:
- The router where the eBGP path is prefered is directly connected to that particular upstream (which advertises the eBGP route).
- The iBGP route is received by the router through route reflector.
