[c-nsp] Choosing iBGP over eBGP

Hello . 

My opinion is Routes are matched against BGP best path selection. If you 
have same
metrics/variables of a prefix received via eBGP and iBGP, eBGP will win.

Then onto admin distance, 20 for ebgp, 200 for ibgp.

Oli,
     The "show ip bgp <prefix>" only shows the eBGP path. Here are further 
details on the network setup:

- The router where the eBGP path is prefered is directly connected to that 
particular upstream (which advertises the eBGP route).
- The iBGP route is received by the router through route reflector.
