[c-nsp] BGP table load time

Looking for some input.  Given the following situation, can someone please
provide how long it *should* take to push 196K routes over an OC3 with a
GSR/PRP2 (No 
other info on RAM, etc) at the provider side and a 7206VXR/NPE 400, 512MB
RAM at the customer side ?  Assuming both devices are running at ideal
capacity, what would be the approximate load time, rounding to the
approximate nearest minute is okay.  Basically trying to figure out of 6-8
minutes is too long or unrealistic.
