That's what it says: -48 to -60.

It might work with -43, it might not work.  It might work for a while,
and then stop working if you add another card.  Or if some of the
components start to drifting to worse tolerance values.

Summary: the train of thoughts behind this question is fundamentally flawed.  
Feed your devices what's on their spec sheets - everything else is calling 
for problems.
