[c-nsp] CWDM SFPs on 2960

I know there are some "gotchas" using special SFPs with Cisco Express
500 switches. Just wanted to check if anyone had used coloured SFPs in a
WS-C2960-24TC-L or similar switch, and that Cisco were happy enough you
doing that?

(Read that: they don't cripple IOS to stop you using certain optics.)
