I have SLBs running on a pair of 7200VXRs w/ NPE-400s (HSRP based
failover).  Straight 12.2 ServiceProvider.

This is dispatch mode (hate NAT mode), normal load 200+ conns/sec and
1500 - 2000 cons across 10 servers (LDAP cluster), load tested to 3
times that.
