[c-nsp] troubleshooting an ADSL 837

Hello,

I've got a Cisco 837 ADSL in a remote office.  They have a Qwest 7M/1M DSL
connection and have been complaining about speed.  I haven't been able to
find any issues until now, but I'm not sure how to interpret it.

If I look at the interfaces, all show moderate "traffic."  But if I look at
the Dialer0 interface, it is showing high "utilization."  If I do a 'sh int
dial0', I'll see the rxload and txload very high.

Anyone have any insight to why the load is so high, where traffic is so
light?  Thx.
