Hi,

I've been fighting with my 3524 to try and allow the use of the "switch" facility... The config is
as follows:

interface FastEthernet0/3
  description Paul Phone/Switch
  duplex full
  speed 100
  switchport access vlan 100
  switchport voice vlan 200
  spanning-tree portfast
end

Name: Fa0/3
Switchport: Enabled
Administrative mode: static access
Operational Mode: static access
Administrative Trunking Encapsulation: dot1q
Operational Trunking Encapsulation: dot1q
Negotiation of Trunking: Disabled
Access Mode VLAN: 100 (VLAN0100)
Trunking Native Mode VLAN: 1 (default)
Trunking VLANs Enabled: NONE
Pruning VLANs Enabled: NONE

Priority for untagged frames: 0
Override vlan tag priority: FALSE
Voice VLAN: 200
Appliance trust: none
Self Loopback: No

sw0#sh mac-address-table int fa0/3
Non-static Address Table:
Destination Address Address Type VLAN Destination Port
------------------- ------------ ---- --------------------
0012.0138.**** Dynamic 100 FastEthernet0/3 (Cisco Phone)

Admin Vlan hasn't been set on the switch, but even when set to Vlan100 it doesn't do much. CDP is
also enabled on the switch.

Any hints would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Alex.
