While you may want it all, the fact of the matter is that the 2509 is an
older platform that reached End of Sale over 2 years ago and End of
Software Maintenance over a year ago. See PB #2380 at

for more details.

The last release for the 2509 was 12.3(20).  You can use the Feature
Navigator to cross reference that version and your platform with the
various IOS features sets that are available in that release for that
platform.  That will tell you which specific features are available in
which feature sets.  See:
http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp
You can also select a specific feature and see which, if any,
release/feature set it will appear in for that platform.
