[c-nsp] 2691 router long boot-up time

Has anyone experienced the same thing as I do? I have a Cisco 2691 router 
and everytime it boots up, it takes a few minutes to pass "program load 
complete":

*Mar  1 01:03:02.455: %SYS-5-RELOAD: Reload requested by console. Reload 
Reason: Reload Command.

c2691 processor with 262144 Kbytes of main memory
Main memory is configured to 64 bit mode with parity disabled
