[c-nsp] Odd show ver for 7204vxr

Hey guys,

I noticed this in the show ver of a Cisco 7204VXR with 12.3(20)..

I've search google and cisco.com and can find no reference to what it means.
Or how to find out the latest IOS available for the NPE300.
