No.

Only the IP Base image is supported on the "+" supervisors,
which means only basic routing (e.g. no OSPF, VRFs, PBR etc).

No 4500 supervisor supports MPLS. The bigger supervisors do
VRF Lite with the Enterprise Services image, but that's it.
