The cisco configuration tool is your friend:

It's a bit of a pain to drive and it's not always obvious where to find
stuff but is otherwise good.

Yes, the E1/T1 is a PRI card.

According to it, you can definitely put in 2xWIC-1B-S/T-V3 (single port ISDN
BRI)...
