The below is the scenario: Its pretty much an ISP setup.

PPPoE User------------Catalyst--6509-----InternetOUT
                        |----------AAA Server
                        |----------MAIL/webServer
                        |----------7301

The question is: *_

Once PPPoE user is authenticated to AAA server, Is there any TRICK! to 
control the per user (1PPPoE session/user) bandwidth on the 6509?
That perticular user/pppoe (with dynamic IP) should be able to 
transmitt/receive pre-defined bandwidth (say 512 - up/down).

Is this feature supported on the 65xx series?
