cpu:    CISCO-PROCESS-MIB.my
memory: CISCO-ENHANCED-MEMPOOL-MIB.my

You need to cross reference the Entity MIB to figure out what the values
are for - eg:

ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalDescr.5001 = STRING: CPU of Switching Processor
ENTITY-MIB::entPhysicalDescr.5017 = STRING: CPU of Routing Processor
