I've used 12.4(3b) on several 7206VXRs, and aside from
an annoying CDP bug (when PIM is enabled on an
interface, the CDP neighbor won't be shown, although
the neighbor will establish and is visible from the
other side) it's been solid.  I didn't use ISIS or
L2TPv3 on that occasion.
