[c-nsp] C3750me overlaping ip-space

Hi,

any one has seen this:
conf t
sw01-tac(config)#int vlan100
sw01-tac(config-if)# no ip address 15.240.33.254 255.255.255.0
sw01-tac(config-if)# ip address 15.240.7.254 255.255.0.0


sw01-tac#sh run int vlan210
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 58 bytes

interface Vlan210
 ip address 19.7.1.1 255.255.0.0
end

sw01-tac#sh run int vlan100

 ip address 15.240.7.254 255.255.0.0

15.240.33.0 overlaps with Vlan100
sw01-tac(config-if)#


I saw this behavior with the old ios 12.1(14r)AX and thought with the new version it is  fixed.
I haven't found a bug to this, any one else have this problem?
