As there is no "12.2" IOS, it's hard to give meaningful advice.

You are running 12.2(something)SOMELETTERS - and these little details 
are *very* important.  If "something" is below 20, upgrade.  If SOMELETTERS
isn't "nothing" or "S"/"SB", upgrade.
