[c-nsp] RIP breaks with CEF enabled

Is "ip unicast verify reverse-path" configured ? It is activated only
when CEF is running. Doing a "show ip traffic" will show you drop
counters, if RPF counters are increasing, then you have asymmetric
routing causing RPF drops.
