[c-nsp] FSWM vs. IOS-FW

IOS-FW on the 6500 supports something like 45Mbps maximum, on a good day. Do
they even offer it in 12.2SX releases? I thought it was only in 12.1E. The
FWSM is 5.6Gbps. IOS-FW on the 6500 is dated as compared to 12.4/12.4T
IOS-FW.
