[c-nsp] %LINK-4-ERROR and %CDP-4-DUPLEX_MISMATCH

Hi Christian!

I don't tried it, but on the C2924 I cannot change the media type, only on the C2960 side...
I think the media type on the C2960 is set to auto, and it recognizes as SFP. I think this is ok...

C2960: Half-duplex, 100Mb/s, link type is auto, media type is 100BaseFX SFP

|On the C2960 I cannot change the duplex or the speed settings.

|On the C2924 I've changed the duplex settings, but:

|%CDP-4-DUPLEX_MISMATCH error on the C2960 Switch

|-          If it's set to duplex half, then %LINK-4-ERROR on 
|the C2924 Switch

|Why the newer Cisco Devices and IOS doesn't support the speed 
|and duplex settings?

|Does these errors highly affect the network performance?
