Works fine on 2960s and also on 3560s and 2970s - but you must use IOS which
has CSCsd55237 fix included.

Well, the SFP EEPROM and DOM data are accessible via the same 2-wire serial
interface - the only difference is that EEPROM is at address 0xA0 and 
DOM at address 0xA2. No idea why DOM doesn't work on these linecards...

But we're working with our account team on this for several weeks already,
since DOM is of high importance for our network. We're still waiting
for the final answer, whether this would be fixable by some software
workaround or would require new hardware revision.
