[c-nsp] Circuit provisioning between an ONS 15454 and a non-Cisco NE?

Phil,

Thanks again - that page was a bit more complete than the others I
found. However, it still seems it is impossible to cross-connect the
CE-1000-4 with a non-cisco device.

CTC seems to be too intelligent in this case, since it will only allow
you to select another CE-1000-4 port (whether on the same node or not)
as the circuit destination. There is no way (via CTC) that I have
found to select a CE-1000-4 port as a source, then select one of the
OC-192 or OC-48 ports as a destination in order to set up the
cross-connects...
(not sure if it's the CE-1000-4 or advances in the software that have
changed this - I'm running 8.0 and I don't see any references to this
type of manual cross-connects up past version 4.x)

Any additional info (even to TL1 references at this point) on manually
configuring ONS cross-connects would be very welcome...

Thanks again,
     ~Aaron
