A colleague of mine reports this:
"Best I could find is Bluefire
(http://www.bluefiresecurity.com/products/vpn/) which is interoperable with
Cisco's VPN concentrators but I don't believe it supports .PCF files for
importing settings. It's $79/client but it says volume discounts are
available."

Subject: [c-nsp] VPN client for PDAs
Can anyone one recommend a client or clients for PDAs (any/all flavours)
that will work with our Cisco 3030 VPN concentrator. Desirable and essential
features would include
- Full Cisco concentrator compliance (i.e. that which is needed to allow it
to work with a Cisco VPN concentrator) [essential]
- the ability either to support using the Cisco VPN .PCF file or the ability
to preconfigure the client for easy deployment [highly desirable]
- Low cost or free [highly desirable]
- Site licence available [desirable]
Michael.
