[c-nsp] Catalyst 6500 Active and Standby Supervisor Engine

Hi,

Is there any way that i can force to set slot 5 as the primary supervisor
engine? the reason i ask this is because i have non-deterministic behaviour
when i boot up the switch. Sometimes slot 6 become the primary, some other
time, slot 5 become the primary.

Btw, I use Sup 720-3BXL with IOS 12-2.18. Thank you.
