[c-nsp] PPPOE DNS Question

Hi folks...

This may seem like a silly question but I can't find a doc to confirm
this....

We have 7206VXR's for LAC/LNS termination (PPPOE).  When a client connects
and successfully authenticates against our Radius servers, where does DNS
get assigned from?  Is it from the "ip name-server" statements on the shelf
itself or actually sent via Radius packets from the server??
