[c-nsp] "General" Network Assessment

Good Morning Folks,

I was tasked with putting together a General Network Assessment document but I was wondering if anybody had sample documents that I could use and modify and add to. If you don't want to make them available, no need to respond. I would appreciate it though. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to get this finished and any templates that could be provided would be GREAT!
