Please don't blanket filter all APNIC space, it is very irritating to 
the other "western" countries within those ranges that you (or your 
customers) may want to interact with, such as New Zealand and Australia.

I can't count the number of times I had customers complaining to me 
about this sort of issue where the far end had filtered, e.g., 202/8.

If you really don't do any business with those regions, then APNIC 
publish on their website the blocks they allocate out of, as does IANA.
