[c-nsp] Software Advisor Error

Hi

Yea had similar problems, I contacted CCO Locksmith and got the following 
response:

Thank you for contacting Cisco.

At the moment we are currently having difficulties with some 
web-interfaces on-line, however the work around is to complete any 
activity on Cisco.com a an IE browser, other than an alternate (firefox 
for example). Also clear your cache and delete any cookies. If this fails 
to work you can open a TAC case on-line or contact us on the following 
numbers and we will assist you further.

lately

I get the following error when I am searching for software features for
