[c-nsp] Strange Behaviour

DA,
We're facing strange behaviour on our 7600 router.
Router76--trunk--cat65--trunk--Router76
Below is configuration and test result for the left router
Problem: ping is not ok for only ip 124.81.68.210
any advise will be appreciated.
