We have that deployment over here.

The VLANs handled by the FWSM will be trunked. Your firewalled hosts will
be behind a an interface on a line-card on your 6500/7600 (or another switch
trunked to the 6500/7600). Good luck.

Subject: [c-nsp] FWSM & Packeteer

I've been asked to set a Packeteer Packetshaper demo with our Cisco FWSM.
However FWSM doesn't have physical ports to attach to packetshaper box as
the guide states.
Has anyone deployed a scenario with both working?
