[c-nsp] route-map 'continue' broken in 6500 12.2(18)SXF6?

I took another look at my setup with the 7613, Sup720 and 12.2(18)SXF6
It does indeed seem to work on the SXF6 but only for an input route-map
such as Gert's example.
This is not working for an output route-map (should it or does it for
SXF7?)
route-map test-continue permit 10
