[c-nsp] route-map 'continue' broken in 6500 12.2(18)SXF6?

This is not supported on 6500 at this time but is a planned feature (not
committed for a release yet).

Outbound "continue" is a different feature that was added to Cisco BGP
much later than inbound.

I can't say right now whether it should work in SXF or not - one would
need to ask feature navigator (and hope that it knows about SX
releases).
