[c-nsp] Router for frame relay

Just about any of the cisco routers.  When you say support for VoIP is
this a voice gateway or just QoS for VoIP?

If you are just looking for QoS for VoIP and Citrix you can go with a
17xx, 26xx, 18xx, 28xx, 28xx, etc.  All depends on what else your
looking for.  Cheap, features, etc.

Not very helpful, but most all Cisco routers in the last 5-7 years could
do this.
