[c-nsp] 12.2SR PB on CCO for 65xx and 76xx split

Gert,

SX* will work on 76xx chassis going forward. You may not be able to 
order new 76xx chassis configuration with SX* code.

However, SX* train will not restrict customers downloading SX* code from 
CCO and installing them on their 76xx chassis.
