Nothing ;-/ I asked the same question last months and figured out that it 
doesn't work, because the PFC3 cannot count traffic on mac address base.

Take a look at the messages when configuring mac accounting on (for 
example) a 6704 module:

router(config)#interface TenGigabitEthernet1/3
router(config-if)# ip accounting mac-address input
Accounting will exclude mls traffic when mls is enabled.

router(config-if)# ip accounting mac-address output
Accounting will exclude mls traffic when mls is enabled.

MAC accounting only works with SIPs on a 6500.
