[c-nsp] VPN monitoring

I too would be interested in a solution.  I have a 515e running 7.1.2 
that has been extremely flaky.  The last sh xlate I didn't caused the 
damn thing to reboot.  It rebooted 3 times back during the week that the 
IPv6, SIP, and other IOS bug were released (unrelated but for time 
reference).  A client VPN from my laptop would probably only last a few 
minutes.  Or it may stay up for hours.  It's a crap shoot.
