I am thinking this:
Ideally, this would be setup with the terminal server on the network (locked
up in the NOC, physically) and the multiple users would connect to the
server using MS RDP from their desktops or thin clients distributed across
the LAN over the network.  USB headsets being used at the users' desk on the
RDP client machines...

What_are_you_thinking?
