[c-nsp] ATM soft-vc path selection

Did you try to optimize the soft-vc routing with the following
commands?
switch(config)#atm route-optimization ?
percentage-threshold configure route optimization percentage
threshold
Or manually:
switch#atm route-optimization soft-connection interface atm x/x/x
