[c-nsp] 10 gig links, small boxes needed

   I need to light up dark fiber between three locations with 10 gig 
links between them and site to site transport has to be MPLS /w traffic 
engineering. The customer does not want to pay for a redundant carrier 
grade box(!). I'm looking at Cisco's Metro Ethernet line and puzzling 
over which best fits this bill. There will be a handful of gigabit hand 
offs happening at each of the three locations.
