[c-nsp] Upgrading 3750G stacks - SMI to EMI

look into the 'archive' command.
# archive download-sw <flags> <tftp server>://<filename.tar>
This command upgrades all switches in the stack with the .tar archive.
you can install just the bin, or the entire web interface with the
flags. As usual, read up on the command and the flags so you know
exactly what it does/does not do.
