[c-nsp] 3750 stack slave switch replacement

Vikas,

I think you need to power everything off in the stack before adding or
removing any more switches. Also check the logs on both master/slave
switches, typically you should see the switch join and either complain
about code version or go through the cool upgrade process without
touching it.
