[c-nsp] WIC errors

  Is it genuine Cisco or a counterfeit? Hint ... 92% off sales on Ebay
of Cisco ... aren't.

  If not that what version of software are you running? Seems unlikely
this would be a code issue but sometimes I ask and find its blah.bleh.1T
or something like that for the version, which is definitely cause for
considering an upgrade.
