[c-nsp] QoS RSP720

Hi,

I'm using a supervisor card RSP720. I'll use the QoS, but the command
fair-queue is not implementing with this IOS
(7600rsp72043-adventerprisek9-mz.122-33.SRB1.bin).

If I watch the queueing strategy, It's the WWR and with the command "sh
int gi2/1" it's fifo. It's normal ?
