[c-nsp] Cisco certification testing will soon require biometrics?

I'm surprised there hasn't been more chatter on this considering that in 15
days, you can't schedule with Prometric anymore. I'd be interested in seeing
what kind of biometric security checks they want to do. Here's the article:
