[c-nsp] configure 876 with qos

Hi Guys,

can someone tell me, when queuing is done ?
Comes queuing before or after encryption ?

Another question is, I configured a simple priority-group
and assigned it to the vlan interface. This worked without
any problem. Is this a good idea ?

priority-list 1 protocol ip high list 110

int vlan 1
 priority-group 1
